All puppies come home with that gorgeous puppy smell, you know, the one that you could breathe in forever... or at least until they realise how good it feels to roll in something horrible! 

Once your puppy is fully vaccinated, you could treat him to our Puppy Pamper Package! Despite our calm environment, we can't promise it will all be relaxing, after all, running water, fluffy towels, claw clippers, and the hair dryer are all worthy of a nibble or two, surely? But we'll do our very best to ease your puppy into the world of grooming so they become comfortable and confident with all the sounds, smells, and feelings they will encounter during future pamper sessions. 

We recommend that your puppy enjoys at least 3 salon initiation Puppy Pampers with us before their first full clip. Your puppy's first session should take place around three months old, with a further two sessions booked, a maximum of four weeks apart. 

Our Puppy Pamper Package includes: 

Session One: (approx 1hr)

• Explore the environment
• A brush out with carefully selected brushes
• A wash with delicate puppy shampoo
• A gentle blow-dry
• Scent Spray

Sessions Two & Three: (approx 1 hr per session)

• Explore the environment again.
• A brush out with carefully selected brushes
• A wash with delicate puppy shampoo
• A gentle blow-dry
• Introduction to the clippers
• Claw clipping if required
• Paw balm
• Facial tidy up
• Scent Spray 

Our Puppy Pamper Package is priced at £45.00 for all three sessions.

Upon booking, we ask that all three sessions be booked in advance. The £75.00 cost is payable at the first session and is non-refundable if sessions are cancelled without being rearranged. Unless otherwise agreed.

Should your puppy require any further sessions before their first Full Groom, each additional session will cost £25.00.

Our Classic Groom service is designed to provide a relaxing, full pamper session for dogs with coats which does not require clipping and/or scissor work, or to provide the essential coat preparation for those dogs who do. 

Our Classic Groom includes:

• A gentle brush out using brushes designed for your dog's coat type
• A luxurious bath with an appropriately chosen shampoo/conditioner
• A towel dry with our clean, fluffy and scented towels
• Followed by a gentle blow dry
• A claw clip if required
• Ears and eyes cleansed with appropriate lotions
• Paw pad care with a soft paw balm
• And a scented coat spray to finish 

Classic Groom Prices:

Smooth, Silky and Wire Coated breeds

from £25.00 per session (from 1 - 1.5hr)

Double, Wool and Combination Coats

from £35.00 per session (approx 2 - 3hrs)

Prices are based on dogs being presented to us in good condition, free of matting and groomed by us on a regular basis.  Additional costs will be incurred for dematting and/or extra time allowed for delays incurred due to behavioural issues.

If your dog sports a coat that needs clipping and/or scissor work, you'll benefit from our Full Groom package, which includes everything offered in our Classic Groom package, with the addition of clipping and/or scissor work. This will help keep your dog's coat neat and healthy. 

We will work closely with you to create the style that best suits your dog and your lifestyle, and we're always happy to offer advice on the best products and tools for you to use at home in between grooms.

Miracle White and Bright:  This enhancing conditioning shampoo treatment is a natural alternative to chemically treated whitening and brightening products.

This may be a progressive treatment for tough staining.

Miracle Coat Enhancing for Black, Brown and Grey Coats: Even darker coats can build up staining and residue; this wonderful product uses botanical extracts to restore the coat's natural lustre.

Miracle Face Scrub and Natural Tear Stain Removal:  A wonderful pH-balanced treatment that safely removes dirt and discolourations from the face and ears. A natural solution to removing stains on the face and feet.
