"I used to take my dog to a well known 'in-store' grooming salon but after a few grooms my dog had been reluctant to go through the door on arrival, and then after his groom would sleep for hours. 

Benji is an older Labrador (11 years old) and likes to take things at his own pace so I thought I'd look for a home based groomer, someone who wasn't going to rush him as much, someone who would be happy to work to his pace...
